COUNTRY STYLE

Woolverton House, situated in a small village, just a few miles outside Bath, was built as a rectory in the early 1800's and has since been converted into a relaxing country retreat.

The architecture is quintessentially English and the interior retains a wonderfully relaxing and homely feel, as well as having a fresh, clean & modern style.

The Drawing Room at Woolverton House typifies the style throughout. Sumptuous fabrics are used in abundance to dress large the windows which look out on to the 3 acres of beautifully tended gardens and the far reaching views of the peaceful Somerset & Wiltshire countryside.

The fresh, pale colours, let in the light and give the large rooms an airy feel.

Both Modern & Tradition art sit comfortably with this style. The key is matching the mood and colours.

The suggested paintings above would quietly compliment the rest of  decor like adding an extra window or having permanently fresh flowers on display.
